There is no problem in making your purchase a gift. You will just have to specify your request and indicate your personal message in the CART tab - ADD A NOTE before validating your payment and we will take care to wrap your Cahu in approved tissue paper and not attach an invoice.

Your order is processed as quickly as possible. Once the shipment is confirmed by our studio, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Delivery times are 2 to 3 working days for France and 6 to 11 working days for abroad.

During the day, once your order has been placed, you will simply need to select the "Collect" option before confirming your payment in order to collect your order. We will contact you once it is available. It will be available to collect from our store at 38 rue Lucien Sampaix, 75010 Paris

If your package takes longer than the estimated delivery time, first check that your shipping address is correct. Orders with invalid addresses may be returned to us and cause a re-delivery delay.

If the package was lost during delivery, please contact us by email at contact@cahuparis.com as soon as possible. Your email must include a sworn statement of your non-receipt and a copy of your identity card.

However, if the package has been delivered to the correct address, we cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of the package.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be made once we have received your return and examined the product. The bag must be returned to us in the same condition as you received it, with its dustbag and the label still uncut.

Returns process

In case of damaged package, please contact us via the email address contact@cahuparis.com with supporting photos. You have 7 days to report a damaged package to us.
