The Pratique L or THE PRATIQUE BAG TO GET A BREAK IN THE AIR WITH FAMILY OR FRIENDS, The equivalent of a carry-on suitcase, it was designed to put all your life. It's the equivalent of a carry-on suitcase, it was designed to put all your life in it. Useful for going on a weekend, doing sports and not forgetting your toiletries, everything you need fits in your Practical! Size: 78x35x32cm.
How do I maintain my Pratique?
Our bags are made of PVC canvas. Known for its resistance and its robustness, it does not require any particular maintenance. However, if you insist, a small cloth with warm water and/or soap or window cleaner will do the trick. Mamie Cahu's little secret: in case of extreme stains, putting it in the washing machine at a low temperature will work wonders!
Where can I see the Pratique in real life?

We are also present in about thirty stores in France and in the world. You can find the list of our retailers on our website. For our Parisian friends, La Samaritaine offers a nice selection allowing you to discover the colors and formats of our Pratique in real time. A collaboration with MoMA offers you two combinations of Bigoût specially created for the occasion.
What are the delivery conditions of my order?
Your order is taken care of as soon as possible. Once the shipment is confirmed by our studio, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package. The delays are 2 to 3 working days for France and 6 to 11 working days for abroad.
Is it possible to pick up my order in person, during the day?
Once your order has been placed, you just need to specify your request in the CART - ADD A NOTE tab before validating your payment in order to collect your order. We will contact you once your order is available. It will be picked up at the following address :
Is it possible to receive my bag within the day?
For our Parisian customers, a delivery by courier in the day is possible. Just write to us at the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
How can I track the delivery of my order ?
Once you have received the email confirming the shipment, a tracking link will be sent to you. Just click on it and see the status of the delivery. A delay of 24 hours is sometimes required to update the first information.
What to do if my order is damaged?
In case of damaged package, please contact us via the email address email@example.com with pictures. You have 7 days to declare a damaged package.
I did not receive my order ?
If your package is not delivered within the estimated delivery time, please first check that your shipping address is correct. Orders with invalid addresses are likely to come back to us and cause a re-delivery delay.
If the package was lost during delivery, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Your email should include a sworn statement of non-receipt and a copy of your ID card.
However, if the package was delivered to the right address, we cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of the package.
My pratique does not suit me?
We are very sorry to hear that your pratique does not meet your expectations. You can send us back your Pratique to the following address

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. The refund will be made once we have received your return and examined the product. The bag must be returned to us in the same conditions as you received it, accompanied by its dustbag and the label still uncut.
I would like to make an exchange ?
It is quite possible, you will just have to proceed to the exchange request via the email address email@example.com indicating your order number and indicating the reference of the product you want. The exchange is only possible for a similar product.
The pratique of my dreams is no longer available?
The pratique you were dreaming of is no longer available, don't panic! You just have to contact us at the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org, we will keep you informed as soon as it will be available again.

What if my order is a gift?
There is no problem to make your purchase a gift. All you have to do is specify your request and give us your personal message in the CART - ADD A NOTE tab before validating your payment and we will take care to wrap your CAHU in approved tissue paper and not to attach an invoice.
